I just found out that I was accepted into the American Watercolor Society's 145th Annual Exhibition! Really, really shocked right now! What an amazing beginning to the new year, thank you God!

I have just received my signature membership for the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, and the Baltimore Watercolor Society. I can now add PWS and BWS to my paintings.

Hello everyone!

I have a new painting under way, but can not post it on my website until it's done. It's going to be a surprise for some people, and I don't want them to see it until it's finished.  
   Also I was just contacted by the Art Association in Litiiz, PA, and was asked to give a demonstration/presentation. I will be doing the presentation on January 31st 2012 at 7pm at the Lititz Library. If anything changes, I will post it on my website.

New painting "Anywhere But Here", I hope to have this done over the next few days.

Finished this painting on Saturday, after really struggling with it.  Experimentation can be a good thing, as this one made me really step out of my comfort zone. It came out o.k in the end.

Started this painting this week.  It is 28" x 17".  I wanted to do a painting showing softness of a person, but at the same time the roughness and experience with age. I wil try to post updates every few days.

Here is the completed dancer painting. I finished it back in April, but I just never had the chance to update the website. This painting was completed in 2 and a half weeks due to the time restraints of the show it was for. Most of my paintings take about 2 months to complete, so this made things challeging. It still came out o.k. though.

This is the picture I took at the Greater York Dance Studio for the Degas Project, in partnership with the York Art Association. I am starting this painting today, and only have a couple of weeks to complete it.
